Ingredients:
• 1 lb Chicken
• 1 Onion, sliced
• 3 tsp Dhania powder
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 2 Green chilies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Chili powder
• 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
• A pinch of nutmeg and pepper powder
• Cilantro leaves, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• Oil as required
How to make Chicken Fry:
• Heat oil in a pan.
• Add onions, garam masala, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste.
• Fry till onions turn brown.
• Now add chicken pieces, turmeric, pepper and chili powder.
• Cook it for about 5 minutes.
• Add salt and dhania powder.
• Cook until it is done.
•Garnish it with cilantro.
